- Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 35% cream

- Diced tomatoes

- Black peppercorn
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic infused olive oil
Steps
- Make the chicken stock
- Water
- Chicken
- Salt
- Carrot
- Celery
- Onion
- Garlic
- Black peppercorn
- Cook
- Rough / smooth grind all solid ingredients from the stock into a puree and add back into the pot
- Keep it simmering
- Add pureed tomatoes
- Blend the diced tomatoes out of a can
- Bring to a boil
- Taste
- Add dried herbs
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Taste as You Go TM
- Once it's to desired tasting (well seasoned), simmer another 5-10 minutes
- Add drizel of garlic oil
- Last minute, turn off and stir in cream and fresh basil
- Serve with cheesy grilled cheese and a fresh sprig of basil as garnish
